Creator fees
Every trade in a launch's pool pays a 1% fee. The fee goes to the pool's liquidity position, which the ElysiumPad locker holds forever.

The locker contract never lets ElysiumPad's share go above 50%.

Collecting
- Fees build up in the pool, in both tokens: the launched token and its pair token (for example HYPE).
- Anyone can trigger a payout at any time, for example the creator, a bot or the ElysiumPad site. The payout sends each side its share at once.
- The fee wallet is chosen at launch. By default it's the creator's own address.
Changing the fee wallet
The current fee wallet can hand the fee stream to another address (setFeeWallet on the locker). Only the current fee wallet can do this; ElysiumPad can't.
