Admin and security

The owner of every contract is a multi-party (MPC) wallet: 0x1c723Cf0451e6635C748283a3e87413079E7C198. The deployer has no rights left.

What the owner can do

ElysiumSwap v2 factory

• Change the protocol fee wallet, or turn the v2 protocol fee off.

ElysiumSwap v3 factory

• Turn a pool's protocol fee on or off, from 1/4 to 1/10 of its swap fee (ElysiumSwap uses 1/6).
• Collect a pool's protocol fees.
• Enable a new fee tier.

ElysiumSwap Aggregator (cross-DEX routing)

• Change the wallet the 0.1% routing fee is paid to. The fee itself is fixed and can't be raised.

ElysiumPad launcher

• Set the launch fee and the wallet it's paid to.
• Set each pair token's launch market cap, for future launches.
• List or unlist pair tokens, and open or close USDC launches.
• Recover tokens or HYPE sent to the launcher by mistake. The launcher holds no user funds or liquidity.

ElysiumPad locker

• Change ElysiumPad's share of launch fees, never above 50%, and the wallet it's paid to.
• Authorise the launcher that registers new launches.

Every role can also be handed to a new owner.

What nobody can do

• Take liquidity from a pool, including ElysiumPad's locked positions. The locker has no withdraw function, and pool contracts have no owner access to funds.
• Change a launched token. ElysiumPad tokens have no owner: no minting, taxes, blacklists, pausing or edits.
• Change an existing launch (its pool, price range or fee wallet). Only the creator's fee wallet can redirect its own fees.
• Upgrade the contracts. None of ElysiumSwap's or ElysiumPad's contracts is upgradeable. Each ElysiumPad token is a fixed copy (a minimal clone) of the token template, which has no owner either.

Bridged tokens

WHYPE and USDC on Elysium are issued by the chain's token bridge, not by ElysiumSwap. Like every bridged token on an Arbitrum Orbit chain, the chain's operator can upgrade them. ElysiumSwap's owner has no control over them.

Prices

• ElysiumSwap pools set their own prices from trades. There's no oracle.
• ElysiumPad launches start at the owner-set launch market cap. Dollar values shown in the apps are for display only and come from the WHYPE/USDC pool.
